This magnificent modern home nestles in a lush, private setting on the sun-drenched southwestern flank of the Tiburon peninsula. Vast bridge-to-bridge views of the San Francisco Bay are visible from almost every room in the house. Extraordinary custom details abound inside and out, providing an unparalleled southern Marin lifestyle.
The road to 275 Round Hill leads past gracious estates to a handsome gated drive marking this home’s entrance. The site enjoys an enviable location near the end of a cul de sac — private and protected, yet awash in sun and panoramic views. The five foot wide front door pivots open to the breathtaking living and dining area bathed in sun and views from an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors framing the San Francisco Bay, from the Bay Bridge to the east, past the entire San Francisco city skyline, to the Golden Gate Bridge on the western horizon, with Angel Island, Belvedere Island, and the Sausalito hillside in the foreground. Exquisite architectural details include a high ceiling, a linear gas fireplace, and a stunning alabaster chandelier mirroring the city skyline. The open floor plan and wall of disappearing glass doors provide effortless indoor/outdoor entertaining, with direct access to the patio, terrace, lawn, and outdoor kitchen.
The gourmet kitchen commands a central position in the home and is equipped with every convenience, including brand new Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances, quartz countertops, thoughtfully designed storage, a breakfast nook, and a butler’s pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large den/family room with a big screen TV, a full bathroom, and access to the attached two car garage with additional storage.
A dramatic stairwell with a cathedral ceiling and sky lights leads up to the primary suite and three additional bedrooms. The airy primary suite is a true sanctuary, overlooking the San Francisco Bay through sliding glass doors that open to a large deck. A linear gas fireplace graces the adjacent wall. The luxurious primary bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub overlooking the view, a two person shower encased in slabs of fossilized stone, and a large walk-in closet with a center island and a bay window seat.
Next to the primary suite is a light-filled office with a view deck, built-in cabinets, and a built-in porcelain work top. Just down the hall are two more bedrooms, each with their own attached baths. One also includes a private deck and a finished loft space that can serve as a play room for little ones or a storage room.
A patio borders the south and west sides of the home with a dining area near the outdoor kitchen, a raised seating area with a fire pit, and a level grassy lawn just beyond. On the lower level of the home is a pool-side gym and cabana, and a 1000 bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar with custom-cut acrylic display shelves. The pool is encircled by a sunny patio and mature landscaping that lends privacy and protection from the elements.
This exceptional home offers the ultimate southern Marin lifestyle, with its extraordinary architecture and grounds, vibrant local community and award-winning schools, easy access to hiking trails and open space, and close proximity to both the charming village of Tiburon and the world class city of San Francisco.

Tiburon’s waterfront location makes it a prime destination for homebuyers who desire water views, award-winning schools, and easy access to the bay and San Francisco.
For a town of only 8,000 residents, Tiburon offers a variety of activities that belies its small size. The newly expanded Belvedere Tiburon Library hosts daily programs for all ages and is the cultural heart of the community. Residents enjoy shopping in the elegant boutiques along Ark Row, a leafy, block-long enclave of tiny shops that were once floating arks, and dining at the excellent restaurants along Main Street. For the nautically inclined, Tiburon's Corinthian Yacht Club hosts races on the bay. Ferries to San Francisco and Angel Island State Park leave from the dock at Tiburon.
Tiburon's parks are strung out like pearls on a necklace along the water’s edge. Blackie's Pasture, named after an old swaybacked horse that once lived here, is a popular spot for hikers, joggers, bikers, strollers, and dog walkers. On weekends, the parks fill up with soccer players of all ages.
Families flock to Tiburon for its outstanding public schools, rated among the best in the state. Reed Union School District covers grades Kindergarten through 8th. High schoolers primarily attend Redwood High School, but are able to access the other schools in the Tamalpais Union High School District. The private Marin Country Day School and Marin Montessori School are located on the eastern side of the Tiburon Peninsula.
